It took me a while. For me to watch this outstanding race. The Acaras ran without a hitch. I felt bad for Chip and his team. The battle between 9 Porsche and 2 Porsche was like the late David The Silver fox Pearson and King Richard Petty in the 1976 Daytona 500. And like in the 1976 500. A last-lap bump. The finish was priceless. It's kind of sad to see the DPI'S to go. But I welcome the GTP'S Next Generation. Thanks, IMSA for the race. Keep up the good work. And not only do we have an Indy 500 connection winner with Helio. But a World Rally Connection with 1984 1984 champion Stig Blomqvist the father of Tom Blomqvist. And Helio also joined some elite company. With some guys who won the Indy 500. Like Al Unser Jr, A.J Foyt, Mark Donahue. Outstanding job guys!!!!!!!!!

IMSA TV broadcasts the whole race online for pretty much every country outside North America. Don't know if you are wanting it with Portuguese commentary but if you're fine with English commentary then all the IMSA races are available live outside the US.

@@clippingtheapex6368 I know about IMSA TV, but I used to watch in portuguese, there's a good Endurance commentator here, he also comments in Indycar. But that didn't stop me from watching the original broadcast, that's what I did and it was really cool, IMSA has improved a lot, especially the audio of the girl who stays in the pitlane giving the news, I always watch the replays on KZbin anyway.

Great race and great coverage. There is just one thing I found a little frustrating. When the camera is showing the GTD cars the standings shown on screen were the DPI and LMP cars and the GTD standings were shown while the cameras were on the DPI cars. I’m sure this was not done on purpose.

I noticed that too. They'd show the GTD's and I'd glance over to check the standings and times and have to wait for it to cycle off of the prototypes. Just coincidental though.

I'm saving my money for that one. I caught the Indy Car race there in 1986, it was amazing. Up until 6 years ago I had been living in Northern Utah but now I'm only 4 hours away.

I know it is 5 months late, but I really think that IMSA needs to up their KZbin game and ensure that the video can be streamed at 1080p and at least 60 frames per second. The back half of this race had all sorts of frame-y issues and what is probably a really low bit rate to the recording (especially after YT compression) that it looked horrible. 1080p really shouldn't be too much to ask at this point.

Great race! However, just curious. Were there any GT cars in this race? This was great for DPI lovers. Thank goodness for SPA 24 hours, and many others (for us GT car lovers). I have watched many, many of these multi-class races; the coverage in this one was way too biased (sort of WEC coverage style). Otherwise, the race was great. Thanks for posting, and eagerly awaiting Sebring. Have a great year.

¿Cual es la gracia de correr 24 horas, si cuando faltaban 1:54 ponen bandera amarilla hasta 1:34 y se juntan todos de nuevo? Osea literalmente pudiste ir paseando y cuidando el auto durante 22 horas, total al final te devuelven todo el tiempo perdido y se arranca de nuevo. Es ridículo, osea no son "24 Horas de Daytona" son "22,5 Horas de paseo y 1,5 Horas de Daytona.

The commentators need to stop talking about themselves and focus on the racing. They missed small events on the raising service due to talking about themself. I do not what to hear about their lives. Ther racing and current drivers are what are important. Replace them.
