I understand, criticism is sucking your energy out but the negative feedback thrown at you should not be met with anger, frustration, hatred and hostility. If you are a true leader, you should take the negative criticism to your advantage - take the criticism as an inspiration to change your ways. Everyone deserves a voice and should be treated with respect. No one enjoys hearing negative comment because it sucks. Getting angry, defensive and combative will not get you anywhere. God bless atty. dito ako america pero gusto ko pa rin makinig sa batas ng pinas kasi uuwi pa rin ako dyan and I love your channel atty. pag nakikinig na ako dito naririnig ng asawa ko kano at kinukwento ko sa kanya yung about sa topic mo. Sana nakilala ka na namin noon 2011 ng nakulong asawa ko dyan sa pinas dahil sa kasong rape kinasuhan sya ng kapit bahay namin ng wala kaming alam nalaman na lang namin may warrant of arrest na. Wala kami na receive na kahit anong subpoena na may case asawa ko kasi yung babae matanda nilagay ay mali address eh alam nya naman saan kami nakatira kasi kapitbahay namin sya. Bago nya kinasuhan ang asawa ko kami kasi ang unang nagkaso sa kanya ng child abuse kasi na trauma ang anak namin na 4 years old at umusad ang kaso na yun pero gumanti sya sa asawa ko yan nag file sya ng rape at nag hingi ng 5 millions pesos to drop the rape case at gusto nya e urong namin ang demanda sa kanya na child abuse but my husband said no so nilaban namin ang case umabot ng 5 1/2 years po nakulong asawa ko napakasakit yun wala as in no evidence yung matanda marami kasi sya kakilala sa muntinlupa mga police totoo naman yun kasi ako mismo nilalapitan nila maski police at yung mga padreno ng babae may isa pa pinupuntahan talaga ako sa bahay at kinukumbinsi kami na magbigay na lang kami 5M pero Hindi kami pumayag kasi biktima na nga kami so mahirap pero lumaban kami hanggang dulo. To make a story short po GOD IS GOOD acquitted asawa pakatapos ng 5 1/2 years nakalaya din sya. Salamat sa lahat ng mga tumulong na mga witnesses sila mismo Hindi pinilit mag testisgo Laban dun sa matanda na during that time sinabi nyang na rape sya Hindi na sya nakatira sa inuupahan nyang bahay. At THANKS KAY LORD lahat ng dasal ko Hindi nabigo lumabas din ang katotohanan. Sa ngayon nakakulong na yung matanda nag akusa ng rape sa asawa ko nasa correctional na dahil nung 2018 nanalo kami sa kaso Laban sa kanya na child abuse pero ngayong taon Lang sya 2021 nahuli kaya deretcho kalaboso na sya sintesyado na. Marami pa sana kami case na isasampa sa kanya dahil sa mga damages na ginawa nya sa Amin pero mas pinili namin dito na lang sa america manirahan ng tahimik dahil Grabe yung trauma na nangyari lalo na sa asawa ko at sa anak ko at till now di ko pa din malimutan pero ganun pa man panalo na kami sa huli. Naging mainit ang case ng asawa ko dyan dito sa america s kasi sya yung first longest American na nakulong dyan sa pinas na walang trial. Buti may tumulong sa amin dito isang malaking agency David agency sa California. Nandito po yung buong details about sa case ng asawa ko nasa google po or Facebook and KZbin. Scott McMahon Philippines/Freedom for scott McMahon Kaya andito ako sa batas natin dahil gusto ko na marami akong alam when it comes sa BATAS.
