Good Evening Sir! you said that when Qn changes the state from 0 to 1, and also complement of Qn when changes from 1 to 0, the states will be retained forever. when I tried, for the third time either Qn or its complement is maintaining the changed state and the other is fluctuating between 0 and 1. Please explain as soon as possible.
