Thanks for sharing the driving difficulties. Curious did you ever experience floating type feeling when driving, as in like car is moving physically forward, but you the driver or passenger, perceived the car as stationary/floating while things like trees/poles are rushing past you?

Not exactly, but I do love to use motion parallax to help improve my depth and peripheral vision! That is sort of the same idea, but it never has bothered me.

@@strabismustostereopsis7799 interesting didn’t know about the motion parallax. I feel this floaty thing both driving and as a passenger, usually when on road that is straight and monotonous. I don’t know if it’s related to the double vision problem that began half a year back when I was driving and suddenly noticed double vision not going away. Moments later I began to feel the sensation of floating and as if car was no longer moving despite traveling at over 60 mph. I somehow safely got off the highway but couldn’t drive since. The constant double vision has improved since then in terms of prism measurements but the floaty feeling never went away. It bewilders me what is the problem, so far none of the specialists (from neurology to neuro-Oph to optometrists) can explain why this is happening. I haven’t lost hope and am trying vision therapy next.
