Thanks for this. I used to work on TV in UK and I personally had to resign because of payment. My manager sometimes you would need to beg her to pay you! After all the hard work, last minute.com shows and much more.. So I learnt that some black ppl don't appreciate people's effort that's when I resigned. Shortly after that I got a better job and I'm so happy. The TV still wants me back it's a no no for me. I would rather be happy and put food on my table than try to be famous. I hope this teaches people to be humble and stop arguing over what they don't know. To all TV managers ya'll need to step up your game, respect your workers because you don't know what they go through to entertain and update the world, love and support their effort. I love you Sheilah and I'll always be your fan ❤

Sheilah makes sense when she says how a presenter should look good coz they are critiquing other people's looks.

Thanks for coming up & telling the hard truth to us(Ugandans) coz this story is an Eye opener👀👀 since some good talented people are seriously exploited at their work places. Exploitation should STOP in Uganda, that brings poverty..... Sheila, you should always thank Almighty God for being lucky & you're blessed too🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 You're a Go getter & independent lady. Do you know haters make us popular???😍😍😍😂😂😂😂 God be with you,Sheila.
