lower house does not automatically dissolve on losing confidence in ruling party ... during such case Gov/President has discretionary power to dissolve.... also Gov. can appoint anyone as C.M(from opposition / coalition party) and ask for them to get confidence of house. So 3rd option is wrong.

I think Legislative Assembly won't dissolve automatically if Majority party looses it's confidence, cabinet will dissolve governor will ask for alternate govt who can able to prove majority in LA

Sir 43rd question ❓ if they have given just A Bill than it's a ordinary bill sir. If you say option D wrong by saying Article 108 which is applicable only ordinary bill. How can you say option A is right by saying money Bill For that joint sitting is not permissible

Only Governor can constitute ADR / RDC but not other entities of state like Government or Assembly. so the 2nd statement is wrong. And 3rd state statement has "All" word which is not in 91st amendment ... it just states that extension of schedule to Tripura... so the 3rd is also wrong.... so Answer will only be (A) I only
