@stuartwwillis I have been down to Saunton Sands 3 times in the past 3 weeks, i love it, a nice peaceful friendly atmosphere with no loud bass music being played on the car park, and plenty room to try and surf, I am havig trouble catching a wave,i think my age (47) and the size of my board are going against me. I am 6ft and i have a 7ft 3" minimal. It's great fun trying though and good exercise. I am lucky that i have converted my car to run on veg oil so a 364 mile journey cost me only £10.

@funkyfox63 yeah its the best, especially when its cealn around knee high, its where i always go even if you avnt got a longboard, carpark is cheapish aswell!
