Unfortunately there is nothing that can fix scoliosis. All these moves crack down the joints and give relief but the spine distortion can’t be fixed.

Dang. Dx in ‘84 by my Chiropractor & adjustments made pain worse. It’s like my spine was pissed when you tried to put it where it belonged. 😝 I happened to tell a PE student teacher at my school that my back hurt, can I sit out, told him my dx, he said that I needed to strengthen my core & quickly explained & showed me. Throughout my life I’ve worked out for my back. Otherwise pain. The 100 second Superman hold is the greatest! I became a Powerbatics junkie. I’m 56 & have had herniated discs, car accidents & pain. The Chiropractor is great post accident but I can’t keep going or pain. Anyone else?
