Some schools have one intake in September and admission starts beginning of the year in March most likely. Other schools accept 2 times a year. September and February.

No your Permanent residence becomes null if you stay more than one year in another country with your permanent residence and not visiting Lithuania or paying taxes in Lithuania. However if you move to another country and have their own residence permit they the new country is responsible for your living permit and if you get a job or start a business there you can also stay in the new country

That is possible depending on the job and your shift times. You can make more or less.

300-400 euros per month is only 0,5 shift, minimum wage is 700 euros after taxes now for full time job

3 bedroom apartment price depends on the city. On an Average of 400 to 900 euro. I am not sure how much Truck drivers makes if I find out I will get back to you.

If a Bsc student you can get part time job. Masters student can work full time now and definitely don't go through refugee way in order to migrate to Lithuania.
