Nope, its clearly mentioned that you can do either full time in holiday( but cant work part time for rest of the year ) or you can work for 16 hrs a week for whole year . You can’t do both It will risk your PR and VISA

NL means Netherlands So there are many public universities and all are good and highly ranked Fees is almost same everywhere ( 13 research universities ) so choose accordingly

No there is no on campus accommodations here. But uni will provide you links to the nearby accommodations ( basically they have tie ups ) Avg fee for computer science course is 15000-19000 euros

Most of them stay in Netherlands because life and salary is good here. Btw, VHL is not in Amsterdam and its a vocational university( i don’t know much )

Hah 16 ke alava kr skte ho ek fixed income tak, Jaise manlo fixed income x hai toh you can work bina kisi rok tok ke jaab tak you are earning less then x uska baad apko registration and alag process hai
