Says he eats healthy but then says he loves big steaks. Hate to break this to you, but eating a lot of red meat is a great way to clog your intestines, cause bowel cancers and also gout as you get older. Gout is super painful too.

I dont think he has steaks all the time, and it dosent harm you much if you eat it in correct quantities, plus it depends on the cut, some parts can have more fat than others
