You would not need the silicone fluid if you used Platsil 00 instead of the Platsil 10. I've worked with both and I prefer the 00 for pouring the doll parts and 10 when mixing with the color pigments when you're ready to paint the doll..

Go look for dolls at second hand stores just dont sell the doll once you make it.Get the molds off ebay or amazon

The product I have ordered is called, ecoflex r 00- 30, it's a platinum silicone rubber, and a silicone pigment, the uses of this product are for, prosthetics, Iv just looked at a video of how someone's arm was replicated, looked quite scary lol, hope this info helps,

i think its lovely the way you show how to do this :) my baby was born premature and she died after a month :( her name is Amelia she was beautifal .. she had jet black hair and beautifal eyes.. i would love one of these as i feel it would help me.. but i just cant afford one.. although i do find it comforting to watch these videos

So this project is gonna set me back around $300, that's less then my full bodied Vinyl anatomically correct I bought. I'm going to be trying this method, it's so simple. Thank you! Because looking for a silicone baby is a sad process...How can one afford a $1000+ baby when I have to live lol

I would just say to those that are mad about the making that the Lord gives us all gifts to share with one another. In fact he made them a bigger gift that a silicone baby could give. People like me probably will never have one, despite the videos because the videos which are really well done because we do not have this gift.. well done, I hope all of us will appreciate all Christ has given very specific gifts to of. DO i want one (very much) To take to an Alzheimer home for the woman and men to be calm when they get nervous. Everyone loves babies. Thank you for taking the time, money and working a camera for us that we cab have a snippit of your gift. I work from time to time on adult mentally retarded women. I went to a group home ( and they went crazy. A lot of these women in their 50's had NEVER EVEN HELD A BABY, MY little one was the first. You had to be there, it was so beautiful. She even held her hand up and touch the side of each face. Babies are close to the veil of heaven.

Um, you can't make a silicone doll out of a vinyl kit, that's illegal. You have to sculpt your own baby from clay first and then mold it for the silicone pouring. Watch how Carolyn Doughty does it.

Hi, I'm from uk, and have been looking at your videos, and have enjoyed your channel, I wanted to make a silicone doll, Iv been doing some research and found a company called Bentley advanced materials, based in Worcester uk, that do the silicone that's need for the mould, they also sell paint, and mould making materials. I haven't used anything from this company yet, just put in my order today, so don't really know how it all turns out, but it looks promising, for all us uk watchers

Hi have u ever though of using silicone sealent u get from pet shop for fish tanks to seal the cut where u take the limps out I use it to seal my bottles as its waterproof and could u make a baby and put the limbs on a cloth body and still make a plate for the baby too

To make the mold she used cornstarch and the silicone that you have to push out with the big metal tool and the limbs are other baby doll parts and she puts the mixture on it and it makes the mold for the legs and arms

Why you worry if someone is upset about what you put in your vids? You aren't responsible for their bad mood. I appreciate knowing how to do stuff...it makes me treasure the finished result more if I decide to buy something from someone. Ex: shampoo bars....love them. Seen a vid on how to make them....I make soap...but instead of making shampoo bars...I buy them. I'm not willing to do all it takes to make a good one. Hahha they should realize vids like these will increase sales. Good job!
