Benesh's passing has skyrocketed but he really could not get a block today for the life of him. Hurts for Pertain a little bit he has been playing lights out. If Andy can up his setting skills too I think they'll look good.

Amazing rally, but it looked like an illegal touch by Benesh. You can only touch the ball twice when blocking, which means above the plane of the net. The ball was a roll shot, mid net, so technically not a block.

@@EricCamBeachVolleyball At first I was thinking the camera angle, but after his arm touches the ball it goes straight into the middle of the net. He got away with one, no protest from the Norwegian team, maybe because the match was effectively won.

Benesh is best fit! Athletic, big, strong. They have beat this team before!

Benesh is the best for him since Phil retired. They need to stay in control and option every pass. When their pass has no option to threaten to go over on 2 it's so much easier for the defense and it's not quite as good as a few other teams. Still think they're medal contenders though.

They're still relatively a young team. They have more room to grow than any other American right now.
