A little distance away from the library at Jawaharlal Nehru University, lies the high point of the campus - a rocky outcrop called Parthasarathy Rocks, or PSR. Named after the first vice-chancellor of JNU, the place had been a favourite haunt of students for decades, among the first places one visited after joining JNU.
