What worked for me is uninstalling the whole game and then reinstalling. This guy solution probably worked for some people but for the people that it didn’t work I suggest you should try this

Again make sure you have CONSISTENT internet. I’m starting believe if the internet is patchy the download isn’t fluid. Good luck bro I know it’s annoying.

Guys you have to delete the whole game like press on installed in all of them then Confirm changes then download the game and it work for me
