It's great stuff the old arma mesh and compared to products like the old Kryston bogey, it's a doddle to use. A must for anyone who wants to either fish alternative to boilies or cray proof their boilies. Nice one Mark 👍

I've never had to crayfish proof my boilies andy, we do have them up here but they aren't that widespread but yes, good call, it's ideal for protecting your boilies from them👍

@@MarkCarp it's alive with them down here Mark, the last night I fished the canal at night I put a trap out either side of me and I had just over 40 of the little nighters. If you can't beat them you might as well ear them lol

@@boldersa wow, that sounds like an infestation andy?, we have them in a few still waters but we have a few club officials who are licensed to trap them so they get removed on a regular basis, this is from our stillwaters, we do have a problem with them in our rivers up here but the canal seems to be ok. keep eating them mate, it's good for you and good for our native fish👍😁

Great vid. I have started doing well with mussels but keeping them on the hook or hair is a nightmare. A solution at last!

i've never used mussels in it phil but yes i think you'll be ok, you can put just about anything in the mesh👍

@@davelebeer6551 yeah you were quick off the mark dave, you should never had received it until today, it's actually ruined the video a bit as it's now got 17hrs of no views and youtube has pretty much dumped it, in a few days time it will probably be banished to the depths along with lots of other videos that under perform on here, shame that as it had potential. One thing is for sure, I won't make that mistake again👍

I use the fakes myself sometimes phil but I don't think you can beat the real thing👍

Mark Carp yes I use real particals at tom s, corn of on the float and maize if on. The hair, but these days I use the fakes more and more, I've caught at of carp on them including my PB 20.02 lbs using a fake corn cast to showing fish, and just a very small,ova bag of ground pellet and a few grains of corn

@@PhilipBrown1967 great tactic that phil, I do use it myself for pva bag fishing because i can make up a load of bags and keep a stock of them, the fakes don't dry out or change in any way so they are ideal for keeping bags made up from session to session, nothing worse than running out and having to make them on the bank👍

I haven't lure fished since early December when I did the drop shot rig mark, I've been stuggling with my shoulder so I've been giving it a rest, the recent storms have put paid to all my fishing at the moment. I've got my next lure video planned out so when the weather and the time drops right i'll make a start👍

Im on the bank at the moment, & just put bread in the mesh, to make it a pop up I put a small boilie in the middle of the bread! 👍😀

hi mate, I've got two sets of rods, for small waters I've got some 12ft/3.5lb tfg rods and for bigger waters I've got some 12.5ft/3.5lb Harrison torrix te specials, they are quite high end and are great for fishing at range👍
