2:30 Question, I am folllowing the steps but whenn I do "Select Disk x" it says that it has selected that disk but when I do List Volume it only shows the volume of the MAIN hard drive which is not the problem hard drive

Hi there, thank you for your question! This may indicate a problem with the disk’s partition or file system. Start by using detail disk in Diskpart to check its status. If it’s “Offline” or “Not Initialized,” bring it online with online disk, or try initializing it if unallocated. Alternatively, list partition might reveal hidden partitions. Opening Disk Management (diskmgmt.msc) can sometimes show the disk even if Diskpart doesn’t; if it appears as “Unknown” or “Not Initialized,” initialize it there. If the drive only shows briefly in Device Manager but not in Disk Management or Diskpart, it could be a connection or format issue, so testing a different port or computer may help

Hi there, thank you for your question! If all your files have disappeared I would recommend checking your Bin on your computer to see if you can find any of the files if not I would recommend trying data recovery software such as Recoverit to potentially recover your lost files.

Hi Sir, I have accidentally deleted one of the drives from my system using the cmd prompt clean command. This drive is now not showing on my PC. This drive is a separate harddisk installed in my system. Hi there, thank you for your question! First try to stop using the drive immediately to prevent the data from being overwritten. Then check in your trash files if any files are there if not then I would recommend trying to download Recoverit to try and retrieve your files just know data recovery is never guaranteed but is worth trying if the files are important to you.
