I just partner stunted for the first time ever last week! I'm not a flyer and now it gave me confidence for tryouts because I can base, fly and back spot! 😊

Hi Dustin, it's my first year as a cheerleader and naturally the coach propose to test the partner... It was a disaster but thanks to you and your vids we were able for the first time to make it work after like an hour of practice ! thanks for all, Greating from France !

Im a girl and i partner stunt.. Im 105lbs and my flyer is 90lbs. So consider girl bases in this too :)

I'm a little confused with the relaxation of the muscle but I think it's just common sense. Before and after the throw my muscles should be relaxed, I think that's it. Thanks!

just doing the qupie over and over getting the reps in is what will help you but military press and bench and cleans and shoulder press !!!

yea i would suggest just finding a nice level grass patch somewhere. also trying to get another person to spot and catch. and lastly just repetitions will get you better and better it a mucles you need to work often to keep improving so i would suggest practicing for at least an hour 2 times a week and if you can more. me and my partner stunt all the time barefoot and at the beach hahaha so you definitly dont need a gym just spotters :)

I'm trying to teach my guy friend how to partner stunt but unfortunately there aren't really any gyms near us that we can go to. so we've been practicing in the pool. could you give me some tips

Dannielle Hiu yea I would say really focus on lifting as a girl and as a guy good grips and using your legs help a lot :)

Im a cheerleader (guy) im 16 and this is my first year. I keep having problems during 1 man stunts. I cant catch the flyer right and she usually hits the ground kinda hard. I dont wanna put too much pressure on her hips and hurt her but if i dont, i cant catch her
