Even 24 years ago those rims' value would not have been that ridiculously low, keeping inflation at bay. Chrome (plated) alloys with gold trim, 3 dozen sets, ballparked at $600 each? Do the math. They're twice as much now depending on design. Let's say it's all for "street cred" for your "whip" and you want fancy? DUB wheels are roughly $500 each ($2000/set) before tax and installation... unless you're a DIY fella. I watched the heck out of this VHS. Everyone got a kick out of Martin's pizza guy's disguise and wanted to see what other antics he got into. Shortly after this scene ended Miles gets in the chase, stuck behind an old car in the way and he yells threats over the PA. Ha!
