This game is nightmare fuel, aliens timetravelling to end and convert the world into fungus, strapping people to trees to suck out their life blood which is seen screaming in a green chamber, a giant yoshi that eats people puts them in a strange fluid, traps them in eggs and they slowly get converted into shroob creatures inside the eggs, i dont even wanna imagine the transformation process visualised, its no wonder this game terrified me as a kid (i also hated the music from the forest and going inside the yoob) but the game is quite underrated overall, its a good entry level mario and luigi game with some daring concepts for the mario universe

For the second phase of the elder princess shroob boss, the falling ufos are, funny enough, referencing Superstar Saga. The ufos with flames fall towards Mario, and the ufos with lightning fall towards Luigi.

the whackest part bout Elder Shrooboid's Spin-to-win attack is that its literally unavoidable, you deff notice this when you figure out that PiT's Hammer counter legit is not made to counter multiple times in succession. from what I know you either have to hit him exactly 4 times, or more than that to stop it🤔 the wildest part is a 23:47 I legit don't think anyone ever knew this in the entirety of PiT, not even me- it could possibly be a glitch or actually intended but I don't think we'll ever know- if its supposed to be letting go of the button at the perfect time to dodge/stop that beyblade attack, its no wonder in the Nerve mode challenge of PiT that Elder Shrooboid is RNG incarnate cuz of this attack, it legit is unavoidable otherwise- the good news is its possible you may never see it use that attack if you're lucky enough. the hardest part bout PiT next to Elder Shrooboid Rng is without a doubt the Princess Shroob gauntlet 💀 thats legit a 9k hp combined total combined w/long cutscenes, this is true pain. I tried at level 19, but Elder'ss 2nd phase impossible w/o a TAS, so Elder Princess Shroob 1st phase's the final boss at level 19. I can deff confirm that level 23 is the lowest w/o equips or badges cuz the adult bros live a least 1 attack this way Sadge Dream Team's deff a whole "Built Different" game cuz I can absolutely confirm that in Hard Mode, default equips and Jump/Hammer only is deff possible up until Pi'illodium through the end of the game, and you're required to have the +1 Badge stock effect for both bros at level 8 for Heavy Zest+Beef Cloud. for the purpose of said Nerve mode challenge, Grobot X(a required fight) is arbitrary and doesn't break rules cuz that's basically a "Main story item in optional content", so it deff don't count against, but I can confirm level 18 w/equips the sweet-spot for beating it. the hardest part bout Dream Team is deff Mammoshka and Wiggler cuz I can tell you they're the most inconsistent bosses in the game, so Badges+Bros attacks are allowed for these 2 specifically. for Wiggler's 2nd part of the fight, Popple's free, so no badges/bros attacks allowed for him Mammoshka's due to its Boulder Toss attack hitting you even when you do time it right and its chase attack cuz it speeds up/Slows down w/very little warning. I can confirm the closest I got to beating w/o badges and bros attacks was exactly 320 hp. deff possible but the inconsistency is really painful. Wiggler 's mainly cuz and I can confirm this is true, there's literally 0 tell as to when/if its enraged shockwave will go slow or normal-Fast, like you're primed for the Fast one at the beginning of the fight(always Popple's turn), that the Slow one just gets you, but the Real hardest part of Dream Team? Torkscrew, a 656 hp wall with intentional delay on its underground poke attack. its easy otherwise but I'll tell ya Torkscrew is "The" Wall of early Dream Team all cuz of that one attack. 💀 by the end of DT nerve mode at level 25-26, I'll confirm that Charge/Energy wear, Miracle+Silver Badge's reset to start of battle state effect(enemy hp remains the same, it doesn't change), Risk+Gold Badge's hit everyone for 100-350 damage effect, and Guard+Expert Badge's 3 turn immortality effect, are all required to beat Dreamy Bowser alongside Taunt balls. He heals way too much, and is effectively immortal otherwise. I can confirm Kamek(3rd fight with the 4 colored Kameks, the 1st 2 fights can be beaten Jump/Hammer only no problems.) and Antasma(pray he doesn't go upside down 200 hp heal mode) can be beaten w/o the charge/energy wear no probs most deff the real run ender is.. technically Pi'ilodium cuz you need Taunt balls to lower the 160 hp heals, but you only have 10 in hard mode. but the realest run ender is Kamek's 3rd fight. thats 3400 hp across all 4 and you only do 5 damage a Jump Supah Sadge, but hey Dream Team's nerve mode was deff a real trip for me, supah fun figurin out it was deff pretty possible until the very end 🤲 Now Paper Jam.. its legit impossible, its the true Nerve Mode challenge ender. like its deff possible even w/Paper Mario having 0 copies and Jump/Hammer only for some of the bosses(koopalings mostly), but Paper Petey(beeg hp copies), King Boo/Bob-omb, Bowser jr+Paper Bowser Jr, and Shiny Robobowser's 650hp armor that he can regen, even when you use a battle card(like, its not even his turn. I was like: "??? that's illegal" when he did that after a battle card) stops the challenge completely. you basically need Trio/bros attacks and battle cards to win. Paper Jam's even more built diff than Dream Team, which's.. so crazy. like Dream Team had the Decency to give hope til the end, but Paper Jam just crushes it instantly-💀

I've played all the M&L games and I have no idea what you're talking about with that rule. I tried to skim the video for the moment you mention it and tried googling it and I'm getting nothing.

No you are totally fine! So how I view multistats is that if I’m increasing Pow. If I increase Pow it’s gonna stick like that for the whole challenge on the roulette, beans, etc etc! I can't increase HP and SP. TLDR: I basically made my own word to describe something insignificant.

When I saw no items, I thought that included the attack items as thats how the game calls them. And I have actually been doing this extra nightmare challenge for the first three games in the series. So this is what I planned for the whole series: No healing items and no attack items (only jumping and hammer attacks are allowed, as for superstar saga, you cant do bros. moves as a replacement for attack items) No damage (received), meaning you have to dodge every attack without mistakes And of course, use the American version where the bosses have more hp and stat. The only advantage you could take is the gear and equipment (clothes and badges), and they are obviously passive stats However, I allow myself to fight optional battles but I have to fight every optional battles (and no escape), so another advantage would be that I could level up high So far I have finished superstar saga and partners in time with such challenge rules set, and the only frustrating part was only the final bosses (you know how crazy cackletta is, and now you know how frustrating the princess shroob was! Well, I never realized how difficult it could get when you cant do optional battles and thus cant level up much, it was until I saw your videos and I am actually tempted to try that out, and WITH the above rules too. So anyway, I admire your work and appreciate how strong you are at the seemingly impossible challenge, I am new to your channel but I enjoyed both of your challenge videos for the first two games (I havent watch the boswer inside story yet cuz I will be playing it soon tho)

I got a challenge for ya. Can you beat digimon world dusk without digivolution past champion. Rules are simple 1: any and all digimon used in battle and the farm can only be at most champion level 2: the only exceptions to rule 1 are forms obtained through DNA digivolution of two champion digimon or through armor digivolution. 3: any armor or dna divivolved mons cannot digivolve further. 4: equipment and digimon obtained from codes are forbidden 5: all side quests must be completed. 6: digivolution to weaker forms is allowed 7: challenge doesn’t start until after the virus is beaten in its first fight 8: any revival items or full heal items that heal 3 lanes are forbidden. @@AquaticSky I hope so. I’m also replaying Dream Team. I recently beaten it -by using cheats- just so I can access Hard Mode, in where I want to try to rescue all the Pi’illos since there is a Bros. Attack that requires all of the Pi’illos to be rescued, and since I never did so, I wanna do so, and to go farther than when I did the first time (couldn’t defeat Big Massif back when I first acquired Hard Mode). Wonder if you can beat Hard Mode with all those extra rules you put in place. Well, if you can beat the regular mode with all those rules put in place, I’m pretty sure you can do so in Hard Mode, that increases the bosses health, damage output, and defense. Can’t wait to see that video

Elder shroob fight took me at least an hour each attempt as well, on the EU version I might add but hey if you're feeling silly enough to go for this kind of run I'd love to see it
