Hello.I have a query.In case where there is a Rs 27000 loss and IFR only has Rs 18000,in that case Rs 18000 is taken out of reserve to fund the loss. But I didn't understand the part where you said the remaining Rs 9000 loss has to be funded by shareholders and there is a revaluation. What exactly does this statement mean?(Sorry if the question is basic but I'm just a beginner)

See in any of the case of the reserve it may be the women's compensation account or either it be a investment fluctuating reserve in cases if theses reserves fail to meet the comensation required or loss occured due to any reason then in those cases the amount will be met from the revaluaion accounts which ultimately is a loss for the partners ... because this revaluation account partners are debited and this accont automatically credited with the amount being paid by the partners and whenever these reserves are not sufficient or less enough yo meet losses revaluation account met this loss which indireactly is loss to partner's....
