Pete, when I get a message about feuding stars wanting a new opponent, I do them vs anybody with a run in by who they are feuding with. It keeps their morale good and keeps their rivalry going. Then the “fix match” power card helps with the ones that are tired of losing

Just in case you guys start a new season, I would recommend changing everyone's styles to specialist so anybody can fight everyone all the time. It affects the star ratings a tiny bit but you can still easily achieve 5 star matches if you have good rivalries going on.

Like some other comments have said, you can defend titles in triple threat and fatal four ways. But you can also blow off rivalries in triple threat and can blow off two in a fatal 4-way at the same time.

Feels like the game is out to get Pete. Luke getting 9 new power cards, some of which will mess with Pete pretty hard, while Pete gets the lame stamina boost feels like the game continuing to pick sides.

During Season 1 the update happened that added more belts and matches and they finished the season with the original settings. That is what I see them doing here.

I think lot of people are not seeing the true value of triple threat and fatal way matches. You can basically grow two feud in one match, you can basically have a hottest feud going and then just put them in a triple threat match with champion at PPV, (it will almost guarantee a five star match) You can have two of your hottest feud end in one fatal 4 way match or you have one 4 level feud and other level 2, then you can basically finish one feud and grow another. Basically do fatal 4 way and triple threat matches. You don't even need to have your champion in feud, you can put them in any rivalry triple threat match to increase the match quality.

That option with ciampa used a contract extension power card. You will talk to him again in 1,2, or 3 weeks depending on if you previously had contract extention 1,2, or 3 power card

Anytime a wrestler says “this guys been handing me nothing but loses, can I fight anyone else,” and they are in a rivalry. I just put them in a match with someone of the opposite role, and have his rival interfere with said match. Superstar doesn’t lose morale and rivalry grows.

@@DozenMarks yeah I had fun. Blew off 2 rivalries with a fatal 4 way. HBK, Andre, Eddie Guerrero, and Roman Reigns for the title at Mania. HBK vs Roman and Eddie vs Andre. That is another thing. Fatal 4 ways can blow off 2 at 1 time.

@@jeffreysharp9925 Yeah that's been a thing already this year. It's a lot of fun and I had to experiment with various things early on when playing with my friend to see what all we could do. It's really damn useful, too. I usually set up an extra Rivalry or two just in case Power Cards try to screw me over, but if not then I can go hard with big matches like that and double-win! Putting belts into it now also will help add a lot of fun to mixing and matching things. Now if only we can get some extra perks for tag stuff I'd be one hell of a happy camper.

Should have had The Rock run in on Medical Bill vs. Triton. That way it'd at least further the rivalry. Also, pro tip: if you ever again find yourself with the "can't you have me fight someone else" situation that you just can't further because you don't have the staff? Just hire the cheapest jobber available, pair the complaining wrestler with the jobber, and then have have whomever he's feuding with do a run-in. The jobber costs a few grand (seriously, they can be DIRT cheap), so you can just never use them again and let their contract expire; who cares it's a job-guy. Your unhappy star gets his match with someone else, the feud continues due to the run-in, everybody wins.

I mean, I see where you're coming from but Luke only gets one set of power cards, Pete's wrestlers lose less stamina in matches for the ENTIRE 25 week season, so he's much less likely to get injuries and such any more, so it kinda balances out. Could be that the next ppv cycle's shakeup screws Luke 🤷🏻‍♂️
