cool tactics on the last level (the level that I always get caught by the 2 guyz in black suit), but how did u get rid of one of them when u were being chased by one (was it it cauze u got the gumball machine to go off?)

The FBI guys give up after chasing you for a while. You can outrun them if you let go of sprint when the meter fills up, wait about half a second and then hold the sprint again until the meter fills up If you do this for long enough the FBI will eventually give up and leave the level. It doesn't work for cops though

Why didn't you use the sneakers on Pool Party?

For some reason only the first pair of sneakers give you a speed boost. Because of this I typically save them until I need to escape the police. Also I did use them at 20:53 because I knew the police would come from the elevator.

The speedrun takes a combination of luck and observation. There are certain rules that the NPC's follow that you can use to know what you can get away with. Quick example, if someone sees a dead body all by itself and there are no cops on screen, the NPC will go call the cops. If someone is already calling the cops, then they will enter a state of panic. I used this at 26:24 by attacking the group on the right while someone else went to call the cops.

Try to put the sleeping people on the side of yacht, A shark will attack them, People can't see murder if it's either under or above them. : )

Any% just means beating the game, from beginning to end, as fast as possible. It doesn't matter how much of the game you experience as long as you get to the ending. The name comes from when save files give you a percentage to indicate how much of the game you've completed. (for example Crash Bandicoot or Spyro the Dragon)
