Lovely poem.. for the balcony u can hang a rope on the hook that u already have and then hang the pot to that rope. In this way u can lower ur pot to the height that u want. In my balcony I do the same as the hooks r very high.

It felt like we were there too....btw try adding some sev (3-4 tsp to the quantity made) or besan ghatiya to the chutney. Will take it to another level and give it great texture and binding.
