I just ordered a front outboard cv boot for my Ranger 900 XP. It’s a 2013 year model that came with the EPS option .My question is which type of pliers do I need for the clamps that came from Partszilla ?

So my one retaining ring is not on the splined end it stayed in the end of the cup and it’s loose in there. What do I do now?

I cut those bands, right at the clamps with large, electrical End cutters... Or Dikes.

Funny, because my local Polaris dealer brought in a rear inner CV boot kit for me and it looks just like the aftermarket boot you were referring to? It had chinese markings all over it so I'm assuming this wasn't OEM? Definitely did not have that many ribs.

Why are you cutting the inner clamp off??? What do you mean there is no way but to cut them??? They come off just fine and can be reused.

This video is not as efficient as Rocky Mountain ATV. Rocky Mountain is very detailed to the process.
