Years back, in my 20s, I used to wonder why interviewers don't ask serious questions to Malayalam actresses and why actresses themselves not talk openly about what they are going through, what's going on inside their heads, what's their acting/cinema processes and their journey be. Years later I am seeing that in this interview with Parvathy and Baradwaj Rangan! Ah! Thank you for this! Finally!!!

In most other film industries actress shown as objects, like Srivalli in the movie Puspa or Can you imagine an actress says she cant act as a girlfriend of Rajinikanth in tamil industry.they are being voiceless but Parvathy stood up and voice out her perspectives where lot of Keralaits came in support of her as much critics. The point is she knew lot people in keral are capable to break out from stereotype male chauvinism and thats all she says in this interview.

Just went through the kasaba controversy after heard it in the beginning of this interview..the lady police officer said f*ck you and then the protagonist said something..but why Parvathy created a controversy over it.. because if it's wrong why the lady character said it first..
