Good evening sir it would be very wonderful lecture series if we can learn the approach for brain tumor like, why the lesion in the brain is tumor, why not bleed, abscess or aneurysm, why the lesion is mets not the primary brain lesion, intra vs extra axial lesion. most of the lecture series on youtube they start describing about eg.medulloblastoma, it has given in text book also, but how to approach and reach to the diagnosis of medulloblastoma no body teaching. It would be very useful lectures if we will learn the approach.
