For batti -
1. 3 cup coarsely grind wheat flour
2. 1 tsp salt
3. ½ tsp crushed carom seeds
4. 3 tbsp ghee
5. 1 cup lukewarm water
6. Extra ghee for serving
For dal-
1. ¼ cup green gram split
2. ¼ cup yellow moong dal
3. ¼ cup urad dal white lentil
4. 1 tbsp black gram split
5. 1 tbsp pigeon pea lentil
6. 1 tbsp chickpeas split
7. 3 - 4 cup water
8. ½ tsp turmeric powder
9. 1.5 tsp salt
10. 1 tbsp ghee
11. ½ tsp cumin seeds
12. ¼ tsp asafoetida
13. ½ tsp dry ginger powder
14. 1 dry red chilli
15. 1 sp red chilli powder
16. ¼ tsp dry mango piwder
For churma -
1. 1 cup batti ka chura
2. ½ cup chopped jiggery
3. ¼ cup ghee
4. ¼ tsp cardamom powder
For chutney -
1. ½ tsp spicy red chilli powder
2. 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
3. 1 tsp coriander cumin seeds powder
4. ¼ tsp asafoetida
5. 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
6. ¼ tsp dry mango powder
7. 1 tbsp peanut powder
8. ½ tsp salt
9. 1 tsp oil
