I gotta be honest in the schoolhouse it was fun to call cadence and imitate a drill instructor, gave me confidence in my abilities Enough about me though, I saw the win you got in the cadence calling contest and wanted to express my pride the talent and dedication you possess. Semper Fi

Cpl Current Thanks, but I got this. Once again I don't teach my cadets to imitate Drill Instructors, I teach them to give CLEAR CONCISE commands.

Needs a lot more work and motivation.... your drill instructor doesn't look she she's motivated... wake up!!! Get loud,

Good job! Needs work with that command voice though.

Hunter Davis: These are 15 year old High School kids, I teach them to give clear commands that can be understood. They don't need to be out here "pretending" to be Drill Instructors. (And she keeps bringing home trophies, this was when she was a 10th Grader, she's a senior this year).

TheScribe114 I'm in Jrotc myself I realize that most people can't give clear commands. I'm just saying she doesn't sound very confident and like a leader. I'm the Armed commander for my school just giving tips

Man, we had a cadet named Hunter Davis a few years before I was in the unit. They're two pretty common names but what a coincidence!

Not bad. Just project the voice a little more and use a little more enthusiasm. But it was pretty good

I see nothing wrong her with command voice, it's clear and distinct plus she is issuing commands to a small group which doesn't require a big projection. I'm the land navigation team commander for my jrotc unit down here in South Texas.

Mr. Hancock it's about command presence, it lets the platoon know who's leading. Cpl USMC OEF vet

Is she looking at a command card? If so never take this team to a state comp. And she forgot a part of the report in. Command voice was bad. If I saw the shoes up close I would judge then too.

Lord Hizaki Card was memorized they were given a modified Drill Card due to weather outside changing. This entire group has graduated, video is 4 years old. WTF am I doing even responding to a Cadet?
