Wow just wowww, its the perfect recipe. I am from Aurangabad, (Deccan). This is exactly how it’s cooked in my home. So wonderfully done. You just got yourself a fan and a subscriber 🙌🏻🙌🏻
In my household, we marinate the meat in spices and also include green (raw) papaya especially the skins blended into a paste which helps with tenderizing the meat..and then cook the marinated meat.

I love Pasanday but I haven't eaten them in a long time. I have learned to cook so many things from you. I love the fact that you also mention alternatives to expensive items, such as the Meat Mallet you showed in this video. I have "baylan" so felt good that you mentioned that as an alternative.
