I kept thinking over and over that this looked like an out of control frenzy of police officers attacking you. Then the venom of wanting to "get you" for something even after they realized their mistake. Its as though they are sharks smelling blood and they cant see past their goal of catching the bad guy and making anyone be that guy regardless of the square not fitting in the circle. Now you have to just deal with all of the turmoil of their attack on your life and welfare. This is traumatizing for people and they appear to enjoy this. Something similar to this happened to my son when he was alive in front of me and my grandchildren when I was just pulling up to get them for the weekend. Guns pulled on him, cuffed, on the ground. My grandchildren crying. I was scared to death seeing many guns pointed in my sons face. They had the wrong house. They walked away laughing and discussing where they were going to go eat. I just stood there in shock and my mouth dropped and no one even apologized to my baby. This is not right. God, I pray that you make this right. God please provide a responsible individual to protect this man and clear his name.

This is one of those things that's a living nightmare for the one going through it and the cops are so used to getting away with it you can just see their comfort at it. But without any of the list of things that "makes good TV", you'll need more than it being on video and be in the right to get anywhere. You'll need more than just asking people to share it. You'll need the targetted help of a KZbin, etc. "police conduct oversight" channel to break through being invisible. It would be nice if there was a strong lawyer to pick up your case pro-bono, and some agencies surely do this, like already mentioned, the ACLU. Someone with resources would easily win, but like normal people, you don't have it, which is why they were at ease mistreating you. The sorry ass thing is while you were treated dispicably, you weren't left with some "outrageous injury" or death which helps move this shit to the front of the line. Maybe that's something to hang on to, that there are people who go through what you did and DIE, and even lots of them have families just as lost for answers and accountability. I know you'd probably say, "shit, mine was bad enough!!" Anyway, don't give up, but at the same time, at least brace yourself for never getting justice, just to protect yourself from the additional damage to your psyche. In an odd way, I feel worst for your daughter, knowing she was scared and expecting you and you never came. These cops damaged her sense of trust and it's unfair as hell. The canine unit has a combined IQ of 60 so you know your dealing with. 40-IQ's can't reason, they can't help, they can't care about you, but they can always find something to charge you with. This is glaring example about what police care about and it's not people. Also, public defenders get paid for less work when you plead guilty or no contest. That way it protects the court later if the defendant tries to claim improper representation. They will also asked if u were promised anything or threatened to take the plea ... These are questions everyone I've ever seen take a plea have been asked. INCLUDING MYSELF ... Now I'm not saying all judges will dismiss charges ... But it might make a judge do a double take look of the case...

Sorry this happened to you. Start watching first amendment auditing videos. I recommend you get into it yourself. You'd be good at it. I hope you get justice and that the criminals that assaulted and kidnapped you get what's coming to them. They came out cursing at you without any evidence whatsoever. Disgusting. What a bunch of absolute losers. Lackluster channel sent me.
