I think 2nd point is not right in some ways...coz..while applying...company will ask to furnish our entire information in application in beginning...where in it would also be asked if we do know any known persons working in that company? And if at all we know anyone, and we say yes to that question, many times there ends the matter simply. We will not be selected...it is that we come to know the companys secrets, pros and cons before our joining itself through them...and so they simply deny such job aspirants....fyi
