In Question #16. If we square the 3 shouldn't the exponent 2 be removed? That threw me off.

I see where you're getting thrown off. There are two values you are squaring the 3 and the b. so yes the exponent 2 on the 3 was removed, but the exponent on the b still remains

Thanks for the comment. I understand, but there are so many considerations when making these videos. We are also thinking about the visually impaired and we try to accommodate them as much as it's possible. Also, if you watch our first question, we expect that those who can see use that time to start trying to solve the questions on their own.
