Welcome to my solo quest for the Passage Through Mirkwood scenario in The Lord of the Rings The Card Game, a living card game made by ‪@FantasyFlightGames1‬! In this video I attempt to make it through the scenario using the Leadership structure deck.

in this attempt I had a couple of misplays towards the end where, had I added attack correctly and changed my strategy, I likely would have won. oh well, maybe in the next attempt!

The realization of the defeat was hilarious. Very well made video btw. I appreciate the left side of the screen showing the focus so it helps me follow along on what’s happening. Also the zoom in on the quest cards were awesome since I enjoy the artwork of the cards.

Thanks for the feedback blubs! Yeah I was really happy with the left side because even though I record in 4k sometimes the cards don’t get picked up with 100 percent clarity, so that left side is meant to help out! Really glad you enjoyed. That defeat was brutal but I’ll get it next time

Thank you! There’s a part 2 where I attempt the quest again, but since filming I upgraded supplies and have been toying with filming techniques so there will definitely be more content!

Great video! As a new player, it is really helpful to watch someone else play through this quest to get a feel for anything I might be doing wrong, and I love the format. One thing I noticed that might be wrong is, at the end, you assigned all of the undefended Ungoliant's Spawn damage across your heroes, but for undefended attacks, I think it is supposed to be assigned to a single hero? I don't think you had a chance at that point anyway, but I think that might be wrong.

Hey Andrew! You're right! I think I was so distracted by my resource misplay at the end I didn't realize I also misplayed that undefended attack. Like you said, don't think it mattered much at that point, but still a great callout! Hope you enjoyed the rest of the vid, I can't wait to get back into making some content for this game, had to make a few changes to my setup lately.
