Nothing is impossible . But surving this is really hard. As per present scenario and the rising pressure in the field of medical and the way medical is practiced today its not of worthy and not smartness to spend so much time. Literally, after being giving so much time what u ends with is stress. Its simple as this, more u take time to get in medical, more one wil be burdened by homely matters, marriages stress, financial stress, responsibility towards family and with clearing mbbs these all rises exponentially. With the future being thought by student after mbbs, if one is ambitious it would be in a lot of stress. With the pg exams getting tougher and City being getting saturated with doctors, one need to get deeper in books which is very hard for older in age as compared to competitors which are comparatively more younger, enthusiastic and in lesser stress compared to one with crossing 30. Moreover in college, whete today 90 percent are fresher or max 2yr dropper, its hard for them to survive. A simple chronological graph of medical is pre- mbbs prepn followed by mbbs(6yr) then pre pg preparation ( its all on ur preference n level of preparation) then pg of 3 yr so total about 9-10 yrs being invested, when one comes in field, there is already cut throat competition in field, where new comer has to struggle a lot. Its like starting a new life, and at such stage if person had crossed 35yr of age one could think of family, marriage n child pressure associated to financial pressure, it needs a lot to bear stress at thet moment of age. After mbbs , most of city offers only 40k nearly or if pg would give 70k near about at the age of 35, which wouldn't satisfy you at that point. So its good to appreciate people had done so much hard work but also tell dark reality of mbbs n medical field.

After so much of hard work what u get matters and in medical its a harsh reality u get nothing untill n unless u become top medico of area which takes 20 plus year and thats only for the patient not anyone else. U dont know how medical system works, every year 20 plus ug an pg medico suicides all over india, coz they can't find things which were shown to them in dreams and so couldn't they survived. for survival in medical field everyone need to know reality so that they can't be decieved and their expectations could get meet. Baki sb bolte hai paisa sb kuch nhi hota, lekin sachchai me use b paise ki keemat aur jrurt maloom hoti hai, lekin haa jindgi me pesa sb kuch nhi hota, kyunki respect, sukoon and many else things matter, which doc can't enjoy much. Apart from that money is needed to care and cure your family and their expectations and for your children future, uske liye b bhai pesa chahiye hi. Mere kahne ka mtlb ye nhi hai ki life me paisa hi sb kuch hota hai, but haa paisa bhut jruri cheez hti hai like respect, relaxation, etc.

I would say a bit negative thing , you don't have to take it to your heart , Clearing NEET in 4 attempt is like too much , this course is way harder than you think, and most likely only 3 subjects took you that long period of time I don't know how you will cope up with the other mbbs students cause If you think clearing NEET UG will make you a rich doctor than you are wrong, it takes 12 years to be a so called proper doctor and it can even increase , you know why cause there is another exam NEET pg which is way harder with 21 subject . so you can have a rough idea of what course you are getting into cause the mbbs course is not for to give employment it is only for to give society a person skilled enough to cure their diseases and perform surgeries with most accurate precision, but anyways congratulations to you 🎉

I don't think you're a medico.. 12 years.. you're a doctor in society when you reach first time in medical College. Second time when you do clinicals and then after completion of 5.5 years.. Yes, PG is important for oneself And if you crack in ones and twos.. then it's normal.. During PG you're already practising.. don't misguide.
