I think the paint is called “Conversion”. This locomotives are painted to represent Norfolk Southern’s DC Traction to AC Traction program.

I’ve noticed this in a lot of videos that originate overseas. I fast forward to the supposed drama which usually occurs towards end of the video . By that time the content creator has gotten credit for a view
