In this video we see some Special Movements such as ARTC's AK cars visiting Victoria featuring Southern Shorthual RailRoad GM's 22 & 10 as well as a ARTC Tamper Machine & Ballast Regulator. While out seeing these special movements we also capture The XPT, a few V/line Passenger trains and The Apex Qurray train at a few locations.
