L&WV 101 pulls the Lorain and West Virginia Railway fair train at Wellington Ohio
Flagg Coal 75 pulls a caboose train at Mad River & NKP Railroad Museum in Bellevue Ohio
NKP 901 pulls the Lebanon Mason and Monroe Thomas train at Lebanon Ohio. LM&M 55 shown on the siding
NS 4271 leads the Norfolk Southern OCS at Sandusky Ohio (unfortunately we weren't riding this one unlike the others!)

Heart be still! A beautiful E8,followed by a NKP GP30 and then a GP9 plus a DT&I and C&O cabooses.The sad part is I remember seeing brand new GP9s and GP30s and recall seeing PRR E8s at speed.Another great video.Thank you

Thank you! It's nice to be able to see an E8 still in operation but it is a shame it only gets to creep along at no more than 10mph

Thomas the Tank Engine gets everywhere 6:15. Looks like a great setup they have at the LM&M.

There are 8 Thomas Units in the U.S and Canada. The only one that operates under its own power is the one at the Strasburg RR, and it gets shipped by truck to Bel-Del and the Henry Ford Museum when they have their DOWT events.

I love riding this train every year during the county fair. I saw it in storage today while driving through Wellington. The steam train and most of those cars are OOS and rusted. Its kinda sad to see it all today.

The Nickle plate loco number 901 was being used as a replacement locomotive while the gp7 was being repaired number 901 is the loco that is used for the dinner train I also got to go inside the gp7 last time I was down at the railroad it was fun

Great video and catches! I got some pictures of the L&WV RR a few weeks ago. Does L&WV own this line? According to what I read on a railroad crossing sign it said it was owned by a different railroad. I can't remember the name for sure but it was like Lake something?

Thank you! I believe they do own it. I've never looked at the signs at the crossbucks. Was that on track north of their depot? The W&LE owns the tracks south of the depot.

It was right beside the depot in Wellington long St. Route 18. I'm not very familiar with the area so I wouldn't know for sure

The L&WV tracks cross 18. The W&LE tracks run parallel to 18. If you're out there keep an eye out for them. They run several a day 7 days a week on that line
