@@Gamoradian I live in Delhi which is the capital of India & there are many sketchy unsafe places in Delhi too. Be rich and live in posh areas in Delhi ( my parents are so i live with them) Have your own car or again if you have money to get cabs( which is expensive in Delho for daily commute) then you can easily have late night outs with friends. And don't go to sketchy areas esp after dark cos then you're asking for trouble. Or if you're living alone then opt for apartment sharing with others around your age, there are many known areas in Delhi where rent is affordable and security is guaranteed too. Rest, security is all about common sense which applies in every part of the world.
