I am Nicaraguan and the 9 times I have been there I have never known of or seen an Indian from India in the country and when I ask if anybody has ever seen one they say no. Recently I've heard of Nepalese passing through but not Indians.

As per my understanding, as not many Indians visit this country, they not think to automate the process of Indian passport. In any online process there have to be some offline mode available. That is a backup manual process so finding the way is tough. However it's great to see that you can able to enter.
