Round 3...is the charter captain responsible or would the yacht who's wake rocked them be responsible? My guess would be both with the charter captain having the majority of the blame if someone got injured.

The other yacht did nothing wrong. This was entirely on the captain of the charter boat. Should not have let those girls ride up there.

No one goes on the bow of our boat if its rough. Not a whole lot of common sense at haulover as far as I can see and not a life jacket to be seen. Amazing.
