Passing structures as arguments to functions in c

This video contains how to pass structures as function arguments in c language.
We can pass structures as function arguments in 3 ways.
1.Passing Individual members of the structure as function arguments.
2.Passing Entire structure as function argument.
3.Passing Address of structure variable as function argument.

You will get the correct out put if the structure is defined outside the main.

Sir, I have doubt on the 1st method is:- 1) Sir in the 1st method if we declare structure as globle then we can use the structure variable in both main function or other function also. 2) But I saw some websites that they declare the structure as globle and use the structure variable inside the main function only not use the structure variable on other function. 3) Sir, if we use the structure variable both in main function and other function then our program will be also correct.
