Prob a month or so.. it really depends on how you maintain your hair. ( ex : putting your hair up at night & covering up when you shower)

The twisting you did at the roots I can stop feeling like it put a strain on the locs. Did it ?

It didn’t.It was more like a retwist.Just added hair with it
