Hi, this looks great and is definitely worth considering. I have few questions... firstly, if I want to include exclusive videos for courses (meaning they are not posted on YT or Vimeo), where are the videos hosted? This is relevant for when people pay for courses. The second question is if the web app version, is supposed to be a replacement for a website? If so, is there an option for a blog? Thanks!

Thanks for the question Jason. You can upload videos directly to your app, so no hosting in YT or vimeo. They're hosted in your app itself. The web app can be both a replacement for a website, or complements your website. You can make blogs inside your app too :)

Hi Wakes, thanks for the questions. To clarify, if someone purchases via the PassionPayments, they won't be covered by the 30% cut from the app stores. Conversely, if they pay via the Apple/Android, you don't charged for another 3.9% from PassionPayments. PassionPayments work in tandem with Stripe 😊

I love this but ONE QUESTION....I can't get my following to download an app and THEN try to sell to them.. What is their insentive to downlaod the app. I need a sales funnel or something first, and show them a video, with a bunch of text, and then have the CTA at the end "download app".. But I just think it's too many steps. Ideally I want people to click a link -> boom sales page video -> book call with me -> and I sell to them there.. I need there to be a way for me to get leads and customers without them having to buy the app first.. Is it possible? Is it setup so i can do that in any way? hope it makes sense.. Because I find the steps and issue, and a big issue that "download the app" is an requirement for buying. People will download the app after they have bought it maybe..But not before.

You can use the web version of the app for that (no download required) or use any funnel tool and connect to your app after they purchase

Currently, we're building for Vimeo, though it's not yet available. As for TV streaming, if your TV have browsers, yes they can easily access your content.

I had a royal meltdown and they found someone a bit closer in time zones to help me but it required me freaking the eff out. All that aside, now that I've been using it for a year, I wish I would have found an alternative company - there's a ton of holes and glitches in what they offer.

But having your own branded app already gives you an edge because of ease of use: your clients can literally access and use your content any time, anywhere, with their mobile devices. Hi what happens when your client finishes the course, for example a PT/trainer course does an 8week strength programme. The client completes this but wants to transfer to a low ticket, maintenance programme with the training schedule done for them. Is there a function to use the app as a routine training diary/scheduler like truecoach / trainerise.. or will it still be in a lesson/course format. Also with this can you plan ahead on a calendar what client workouts will involve etc. ?

Yep! The download option with Passion.io is similar to how Netflix and Spotify works: the downloaded lessons are still in-app, can be accessed even when offline, but when a client ends their subscription they'll also lose access to their downloaded stuff 😊

Hey Isaac, we have a scheduling feature which is an integration with Calendly and means you can book calls with customers through your app, then link them to Zoom in the invite. With live streaming, you can feed your KZbin live stream through your app and soon we'll be supporting Vimeo too.

It helps cover our missions costs and we're looking into building an app to teach others how to grow in ministry and business for the kingdom. But we will include Amazon links to our itemized shopping lists and we'll get a small commission on every purchase
