Biboy Mora inflation refers to the "decrease" in the purchasing power of money (here in our country it's peso) But when it is real estate, the appropriate term is APRECIATION which is the opposite of depreciation. Accountancy student here :) just wanna share knowledge

Ano po yung mga pros and cons na dapat kong malaman and mapag handaan and yung mga current struggles niyo po. Sa may Nuvali po kasi yung target ko medyo promising yung location. Di ko nga lang sya i-fufull payment, downpayment terms lang po gagawin ko hehe and once na TO na hopefully nakasave na ko ng pang full nun, worst case is bank financing pero hopefully mapa rent ko naman sya at that time para nag seself liquidate si property. Still deciding palang po atm

Wala bang standard government issued lease contract sa Philippines? Here in HK the contract is pretty much standardised save for some details like what is included in the rent or furnishings included, which would have to be spelled out in detail. The contract is issued and stamped by relevant government dept
