Visited Hadapsar Pune for address verification. My case was for passport renewal with an address change. They asked for a photocopy for Passport, Aadhaar, Pan card, registered Rental agreement. Verified original and done in 10 mins. The photo was taken from a tab. So I guess they might need more documents for a first-time passport. My aadhaar has my rental address.

Police rather than investigating throught local intelligence hands over matter to a constable who starts harassing passport applicant and asks to give more than 13 documents for bribe. If not given he sends adverse reports.
