I do not have perminant addres. I stayed more than one year in my current address .Also rental agreement is in my name. All documents including Aadhar card,Election card and my current year ITR also filed using my current address. Can I apply passport using rental agreement?

some doubts 1) aadhar mei green tick digital signature kaise layer mere wale mei question mark karke aara signature not verified likha aara 2) digital passport kaise banaye ..can we opt for paper and digital passport both 3) police verification mei police gharpe aata hai kya? I have seen instance jab vo aate hai can we opt for personally visiting the station rather than they coming home? 4) if there's some documentation error and I'm sent back will I have to pay again to make an appointment or if I cancel it will it be refunded?
