A 120-kg man crosses the 4-m long beam as shown, the coefficients of static friction at A and B are 0.40 and 0.25, respectively. The beam weights 50kg. The angle is 30degrees.
1. Determine the value of x (as shown in the figure) when the beam starts to slide.
2. Compute the resultant reaction at B.
