So many people are confused on who the character with the pastel color hair is so let me explain. Sebastian looks a lot like Ciel's father so for half a year all Ciel could see when he looked at Sebastian was his father. Now the pastel colored hair character is a depiction of Vincent in Ciel's mind so because Ciel hates his dad so much Ciel does not want to imagen Vincent fully.
