Am I missing something cuz why did Rush forget his sister, it's the reason he was detained. Also it shows his in the portrait and backstory so why did they not assume they were related. Also I think Rush wouldn't be too shocked about her killing spree as its shown that she killed many ppl in the house and he defended her.
